Vitamin D

Shelly in D.C. asks about getting more D into her life.  Vitamin D is so important that it’s worth taking every day.  I take a Cod liver oil capsule each morning but really prefer the other method when ever I get the chance.  1 capsule = 10 oysters (approximately).  Not a bad way to get your vitamins.

NOTE: 

  • Cod liver oil is also high in Vitamin A, omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
  • Oysters  are also high in Vitamin A and B12.  I like to eat them with lemon and horseradish!
